Shah Rukh Khan's UNIFYD festival reveals full lineup: Arijit Singh, Karan Aujla and Sonu Nigam lead 15 acts in Abu Dhabi

Shah Rukh Khan has spent three decades making films that bring audiences together. Now he is trying the same thing with music. The actor is curating UNIFYD, a new one-day festival of Indian music and culture that will take place at Etihad Live on Yas Island, Abu Dhabi, on Saturday, 20 March 2027.

The full lineup

After announcing three headliners on 16 October, the festival revealed its complete bill on 19 October:

1. Headliners: Arijit Singh, Karan Aujla and Sonu Nigam, who will perform a special set billed as his first festival appearance
2. Singers and bands: JONITA, Shalmali Kholgade, Patiala Mehfil, Simran Choudhary, Nooriyah, Curtain Blue, Priyanka and Unnayanaa
3. Electronic and DJ acts: Tech Panda x Kenzani, Rusha & Blizza, Stick No Bills and BOH!B

That spread, from Bollywood playback to Punjabi pop, indie and electronic music, is the point of the name. Acts will play across multiple stages.

Who is behind it

UNIFYD is produced by D'YAVOL Live and District, in collaboration with the Department of Culture and Tourism Abu Dhabi and Miral, in association with Emirates NBD. D'YAVOL Live is part of the D'YAVOL Luxury Collective, which Shah Rukh co-founded with his son Aryan Khan, Leti Blagoeva and Bunty Singh. Organisers have said they hope to take the festival to more cities in future.

Tickets

An Emirates NBD cardholder presale opened on 19 October, followed by general sale on 20 October.

Why it matters

The Gulf is one of the biggest markets for Indian live music, but most shows there are single-artist concerts. A curated, multi-genre festival with a film superstar's name attached is a new format, and putting Arijit and Karan Aujla on the same bill brings together two audiences that rarely share a ground.

Arijit is also touring Indian stadiums in early 2027: https://mediamarvels.in/news/arijit-singh-india-tour-2027-dates-cities-venues.
