Shah Rukh Khan has set the internet on fire again. On Tuesday, 27 October 2026, the superstar shared a new poster for KING, showing him with a red rose between his lips, a gun in hand and an intense stare, with the caption line Qaatil nahi, Aashiq hoon.

Why the poster has fans talking

  1. The look. The rugged, bloodied styling is a long way from SRK's romantic-hero image, yet the rose keeps the lover in the frame.
  2. The timing. It arrived just ahead of his birthday on 2 November, which fans traditionally mark outside Mannat.
  3. The date. A Christmas Eve release puts KING in the biggest holiday window of the year.

What about the music?

The makers have not yet announced the composer or the first single. Siddharth Anand's previous SRK film Pathaan delivered Jhoome Jo Pathaan and Besharam Rang, so expectations for the album are high. We will add song details as soon as they are official.
